📦 Shipping and Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates vary based on weight and destination. We deliver via GLS express courier throughout Italy and to over 20 European countries.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared within 24-48 business hours. Average delivery times are:

  • 🇮🇹 Italy: 1–3 business days
  • 🇪🇺 Europe: 3–6 business days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes ✅ We ship to most of Europe with dedicated GLS rates. The main areas are:

  • Europe 1 : Austria, Germany
  • Europe 2 : France, Belgium, Spain, Poland, Switzerland and others
  • Europe 3 : United Kingdom, Greece, Norway, Turkey and other non-EU countries
Shipments to non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties to be paid by the recipient.

We accept secure payments with:

  • Cash on delivery (only for local orders in Naples and the surrounding province)

Can I change or cancel an order?

Yes, you can change or cancel an order within a few hours of purchase, before shipping. Contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or phone.

🔁 Returns and Refunds

Can I return a product?

Yes, we accept returns for non-perishable, undamaged, and unused items within 7 days of delivery. Opened or personalized food items cannot be returned.

How does the refund work?

Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase (PayPal, card, or bank transfer).
